Rod Repaired

This is the restoration rod I have been workin on the last little while. This was my first and I had alot of fun. Great to see the transformation from old and beat up, to new again. It's always sad to see the rod leave you. I put so much time and thought into a rod and imagining it on the river, fishing. I always want to go catch at least one fish with the rod I have spent so much time with. I will just have to let it live in my imagination though. This is the second rod that has left me this week. Hopefully they will be fighting trout soon. This rod was fun and I hope to fix more up in the future.
